1. What is the best way to order?

You can place your order online from the website or alternatively you can email, message through social media or phone your order through. You will typically receive a response within 24-48 hours.

2. Are the crystal bracelets that I order the same as the crystal bracelets in the photos?

As each crystal is unique, yours may vary slightly to the photos on the website, but you will receive an equally beautiful crystal bracelet.

3. How long before my order is sent and I receive it?

Your order will typically be sent within 48 hours, depending on your location from Sydney NSW. You should receive your order within 7 days. International orders will take longer.

4. How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be made by direct deposit (please make contact via telephone or email) otherwise through PayPal in Australian dollars through the website. PayPal is an internationally recognised secure payment system and is trusted worldwide. To complete your order, payment must be made within 1 business day of placing your order. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order. Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received.

5. What can you tell me about postage and delivery?

Your parcel will be sent within 2 business days after full payment is received. You will be notified via email once your parcel has been sent. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

To ensure prompt delivery, it is highly recommended using a daytime work address as your delivery address, as a signature will be required on delivery. This is for your protection. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from your nearest post office.

Great care is taken with each parcel to ensure your product is delivered to you in its original condition, however, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels caused by Australia Post.

If your order has not arrived after 7 days from the date you were notified, please advise accordingly. Please note pickups are not possible as this is an internet based business only.

6. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not been sent and a full refund will be given.

7. What’s your return and exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your item for any reason and you would like to return it, you will be refunded your purchase price within 7 days provided it is in its’ original and sellable condition. There is no refund on the postage costs, or the cost to return the item.

8. How do I look after my jewellery.

All products are hand made with love, and to ensure you get the most out of your jewellery, please follow these simple care instructions. Always take your jewellery off when showering, swimming, or washing dishes. When not wearing it, store your jewellery in a pouch to stop the gemstones from eroding and scratching. Silver plated medallions will discolour over time, so to keep them looking good for longer, avoid contact with hairspray, perfume or any other chemicals on your jewellery. To clean your gemstones simply use a damp, soft cloth and wipe over them. The stretch elastic used is of a high quality, but may break if not looked after properly.
